Premium Medical Billing Service
Claim Submission
MBP will enter your data and submit your first month of claims for FREE*.
Then, pay our standard fee of $2.19 per claim or purchase one of our
standard Prepayment Options as indicated below and save:

Supplemental Tax ID Numbers:
If your practice submits claims using more than one Tax ID
number in your Medisoft dataset, a supplemental fee of $29.95
per month per additional Tax ID is charged.
Medisoft Network System:

hours/day on MBP's Network System whereby you can view your data and
run reports?

The cost for Premium
Service Users is only $9.95 per month (see the Basic Service section
for software licensing requirements for accessing the network).
Note: There is NO monthly network access fee for
providers who have chosen the Accounts Receivable Posting Option
(see below).
Electronic Remittance Advice
For select payers that offer
Electronic Remittance Advice, you can have payments and adjustments
automatically posted to the patient ledgers. The fee for
Electronic Remittance Advice is as follows:

Set-Up Fee

Providers who utilize our services for 2 years will receive a
non-refundable credit of the set-up fee of $99.95 on their invoice

initial set-up fee.

NOTE: Fees for PremiumPlus Service
include all accounts receivable posting: insurance
payments and patient payments. Providers who
cancel the PremiumPlus Service or downgrade to the Premium
Service pay an Electronic Remittance Advice Cancellation Fee of
$99.95.

Medisoft Network
Basic Service
-
After you have entered all data in our Medisoft Network System, MBP
will submit your claims for only 39
cents per electronic claim and 55 cents per paper claim.

The minimum fee for
electronic claim submissions is $69.95 per month**.

For access to our Network, you must own a licensed
copy of Medisoft and provide Medical Billing Professionals with your
Medisoft serial number.

If you require more than one person
accessing the system at the same time, you may purchase additional user licenses
for $159.95 each.

Supplemental User Network Access Fee (for each user after the first user in a
practice): $4.95 per month per additional user
-
MBP will submit your claims on a
weekly basis.

Supplemental Tax ID Numbers:
If your practice submits claims using more than one Tax ID
number in your Medisoft dataset, a supplemental fee of $29.95
per month per additional Tax ID is charged.

Claim Scrubbing:
When your claims are correct the
first time they are sent, you get paid faster. To help you get
paid faster and with maximum reimbursement, MBP offers the following claim scrubbing
option:
- HIPAA Edits: For only
$7.95 per month, the program will check to ensure that certain HIPAA
required fields (such as birth date and relationship to insured) are
properly populated. For claims with errors, you will receive a
report of these claims so you can correct them prior to submission.
This reduces the number of denied claims, allows you to get paid
faster and allows for more reimbursement.

Support--MBP will provide the first month of support for free.
After the first month, MBP offers two support options for the
software--$24.95 per month for unlimited support through our
Support Suite or $49.95 per incident through our Support Suite (www.medisoftnetwork.com).

MBP does not offer telephone support for the Medisoft Network.
If your office requires telephone support, you can purchase it from
our Medisoft Partner, JB Medical Billing, for the reduced rate of
$899.95 per year.

Support does not include training or data repair issues.
For any data repair issues, including possible corruption of
data, you must purchase support from MB Medical Management.

Training--If your office requires training in
Medisoft, MBP offers a series of training videos and manuals for
only $269.00.

Downgrade Fee: For
providers enrolled in our Premium or PremiumPlus Service, a fee
of $799.95 applies for providers who want to downgrade to the
Medisoft Network Basic Service.

Submission Reports
Policy
Immediately after claims are submitted, MBP will e-mail you free
of charge a detailed report of the submitted claims. The
report will be in PDF format, password-protected and 128-bit
encrypted for HIPAA compliance. To see a sample of the report,

You can choose to have the report sent to you via fax instead for 10
cents per page or via regular mail for 20 cents per page.
Specialty Reports
MBP offers various specialty reports to
provide you information about your financial statistics, data and
marketing. To learn more about the available reports, visit
the Downloads section of our website at
www.medisoftnetwork.com.
The cost of the reports is
only $2.99 cents per report sent via e-mail. To have the
reports sent via fax, there is an additional charge of 10 cents per
page. To have the reports sent via regular mail, there
is an additional charge of 20 cents per page.
Statements
MBP can send statements to your patients for $2.99 per
statement.
You can have MBP send statements automatically to your patients
after insurance processes a claim OR you can have selective sending
by notifying MBP only when you want us to send statements.
NOTE: For Premium Service Providers enrolled in the
Accounts Receivable Option and for Platinum Service Providers, MBP will automatically e-mail you on a
monthly basis all of your patient Remainder Statements for you to
send to your patients.
MBP also offers BillFlash, an online program that can
professional mail your patient statements. Ask for details and
pricing.
*Claims more than one month old do not count as free claims. Maximum free claims per month = 500.
Copies of claims provided to provider or third party at provider's
request count as additional claim submitted. Minimum fee of
$59.95 per month for Premium Service providers submitting under the
standard per-claim option. Minimum fee of $89.95 per month for PremiumPlus Service providers submitting under the standard per-claim
option.
