Medisoft Network BasicPlus Service Option

     After you enter all your data in our Medisoft system, you can submit your electronic claims ...whether you want to submit claims daily , hourly or a few times a week.  Access to the Medisoft Network is available via Remote Desktop Web Connection at www.medicalbillingclaims.com.

    Utilizing Claim Manager 4 by SendClaim, you will be able to submit claims electronically to one of our clearinghouse partners.  Claim Manager 4 gives you the ability to:

• Review online errors in claims prior to submission, whether you subscribe to the optional Claims Check Subscription for complete claims scrubbing or if you are just utilizing the built-in HIPAA ANSI file validation rules
• Easily correct the errors in Medisoft prior to submission, reducing claim rejections and improving speed of reimbursement
• Easily view, print or export many reports
• Automatically maintain a complete history of all actions taken on a claim.  For those rare instances when proof of timely filing is required by a payer, the Claims Acknowledgement Report in the history of the claim will provide proof of timely submission to the clearinghouse

     For access to our Network, you must own a licensed copy of Medisoft and provide Medical Billing Professionals with your Medisoft serial number.

• If you do not own a licensed copy of Medisoft, you can purchase Medisoft Basic for only $299 as a requirement for accessing our network.
• If you require more than one person accessing the system at the same time, you may purchase additional user licenses for $159.95 each.
• Supplemental User Network Access Fee (for each user after the first user in a practice):  $4.95 per month per additional user

Pricing

  Claim Submission

• Providers will have a choice:  Either 25 cents per electronic claim ($69.95 per month minimum fee for claim submissions) OR $79.95 Per Month Per Provider for UNLIMITED eleectronic claims

• If more than 50% of your claims are comprised of Medicare and Medicaid claims, a $19.95 per month fee may be assessed by the clearinghouse.

    Electronic Remittance Advice

• Post Yourself Option:  For providers who want to download ERA files from the clearinghouse and post electronic payments on your schedule, the fee if 19 cents per claim (minimum ERA fee of $14.95 per month)

• MBP Posting Option:  For providers who want MBP to download ERA files from the clearinghouse and post electronic payments, the fee is 29 cents per claim (minimum posting fee of $24.95 per month) PLUS a $19.95 per month ERA Service Fee.

  Training and Support

• All training and support is provided by SendClaim for questions regarding use of Claims Manager 4.  SendClaim does NOT provide general support regarding Medisoft; general support inquiries regarding Medisoft are available from MBP via our Online Support Suite

• Medisoft Support by MBP:  $24.95 Per Month or $49.95 Per Incident for our Online Support Suite (www.medisoftnetwork.com).  Please note that MBP does not provide telephone support for Medisoft.

• SendClaim Training:  Providers will be required to undergo one hour of training from SendClaim for use of Claims Manager 4 in how to submit claims, and download and view reports.  For providers also enrolled for posting ERA themselves, 2 hours of training are required.  SendClaim's fee for training is $125/hour.

• Claims Manager 4 Support by SendClaim:  SendClaim offers 2 options for support for Claims Manager 4:  $299/year for annual support or $125/hour for support for providers not enrolled for annual support.  NOTE:  Providers who do not choose the annual support contract are placed at the bottom of the support queue when submitting support tickets to SendClaim.

  Set-Up Fee

• One time fee of $99.95.  It will be necessary for MBP to enroll you for electronic claims with the clearinghouse.  In additiona, it will be necessary to enroll you with some payers (like Blue Cross Blue Shield, Medicare and Medicaid) for electronic claims (even if you have been submitting electronically already) and to then notify the clearinghouse when approval has been obtained.
