Claim Submission Guarantee

  MBP recognizes the need for claims to be submitted accurately and promptly.  Therefore, MBP offers the following:

• MBP guarantees that claims will be submitted by the next business day at the latest after receipt of claims information by MBP.

• In most cases, claims will be submitted the same day information is received by MBP!

• There will be no charge for any claims not submitted by MBP by the next business day at the latest after receipt of claim information by MBP.

• NOTE:  This guarantee does NOT apply if claim information provided is incomplete.  For example, if you send claim information but neglect to list an ID number or diagnosis codes, the guarantee does not apply until MBP receives complete claim information.

• For claim information received after 5:00 PM Eastern Time, claim information will be deemed received by MBP the following business day for the purposes of the submission guarantee.

  • Example:  You provide billing information to MBP at 8:00 PM on a Monday night.  It is deemed received by MBP on Tuesday and MBP guarantees that your claims will be submitted by Wednesday at the latest.

• Guarantee limited to submission of 200 or fewer claims per day.
