*Claims more than one month old do not count as free claims.  Maximum free claims per month = 500.  Provider must cancel ALL service with MBP for money back guarantee to apply.  Provider cannot partially cancel service.  Example:  Provider purchases 2500 claim prepayment option, then later purchases another 2500 claim prepayment option prior to exhausting claims from first option.  If provider cancels 2nd prepayment option prior to exhausting claims under first prepayment option, chargeback will apply to 1st option as well.
